Most clients are live within 5 working days of completing onboarding. Once your setup call is done, we build your ad creatives in 1–2 days, send them for your approval, and launch once approved. The faster you respond to approvals, the faster we launch.
We guarantee 3 qualified, quote-ready site visits booked into your calendar within 30 calendar days of your campaign going live. If we don't deliver, we refund our monthly service fee in full. The guarantee applies as long as your ad budget meets the agreed minimum spend, your calendar is kept up to date, and your account access stays in place. Your ad budget is paid directly to the ad platform and is non-refundable, as it is spent on your campaigns.
The ad budget is entirely separate from our fee. You pay it directly to the ad platform (Meta, Google, etc.) from your own account — not to us. The minimum ad budget is £500 per month, and the right level for your business is agreed together based on your goals and service area. The more you invest in ad spend, the more data we gather, the faster we optimise, and the more leads you receive. We manage how the budget is spent, but we never touch the money itself.
Every qualified lead is contacted within 60 seconds of submitting their details. Once qualified and confirmed, appointments are booked directly into your calendar. You'll receive an email and SMS notification for every new lead, booked appointment, reschedule, and cancellation.
At the 30-day mark we conduct a full campaign review together — lead volume, cost per lead, show-up rates, and conversion data. From there we optimise: scaling what's working and adjusting what isn't. Most clients see improving results from Month 2 onwards as the algorithm gathers more data.
Cancellation terms are set out plainly in your service agreement, including an early exit if we don't hit the guarantee. If you need to pause due to capacity or seasonality, tell us — we'd rather pause a campaign temporarily than have you receiving leads you can't attend to. It protects your ad spend and your results.
Admin access to your Meta Business Manager (and Google Ads if applicable), your completed intake form, brand assets (logo, photos, any testimonials), and your onboarding setup call completed. The full checklist is on your onboarding completion page.
You'll receive a performance report every Monday morning by email — lead volume for the week, cost per lead, total ad spend, show-up rate, and any optimisations we've made. If anything significant happens mid-week, we'll contact you directly. No chasing us for updates, ever.
We send confirmation and reminder messages to every booked lead before their appointment, which reduces no-shows significantly. If a lead still doesn't show, we'll attempt to rebook them. Booked visits that no-show without prior cancellation do count toward the guarantee total, as the appointment was successfully set — but if you're seeing a high no-show rate, tell us and we'll review the qualification criteria together.
